The 2026 market will run for 20 weeks (June 17th - October 28th), offering even more opportunities for vendors to connect with customers, build relationships, and showcase their work.
We’re excited to kick off another vibrant year at the market and thrilled to invite both returning and new vendors to join us. Thanks to the incredible dedication of our small businesses, artisans, and growers, last year’s market drew more than 5,000 visitors across just 13 weeks. The community response was extraordinary, and it’s clear that our market has become a staple of Malden’s Community.
This season, we’re growing in a big way.
We’re also introducing three special block parties throughout the season, where we close down Pleasant Street, for a high‑energy event designed to bring even more foot traffic, entertainment, and celebration to our downtown.
When: Every Wednesday starting June 17th - October 28th
Time: 3pm to 7pm
Where: Malden City Hall Plaza, 215 Pleasant Street

Local farmers, makers, bakers, & small businesses who fill the market with fresh food, and handcrafted farm fresh goods.

Giving local organizations, and mission‑driven groups a chance to connect with neighbors, share ideas, & engage with the community.

Artists and Makers are welcome to apply for our 3 Block Party Festivals! These events are June 17th, August 5th, & October 28th.
To maintain the quality and character of our weekly farmers market, we limit participation to vendors whose offerings align with our core mission of fresh, local, and handcrafted goods. Our weekly market is reserved for:
Food & Beverage Vendors: Prepared foods, baked goods, beverages, specialty culinary items, and other consumables made by the vendor.
Farm & Agricultural Products: Fresh produce, plants, flowers, honey, eggs, and other farm‑grown or farm‑raised goods.
Specialty Food, Drink, & Locally Crafted Items: Products created using farm‑sourced or local ingredients or materials, such as soaps, candles, jams, herbal goods, spices, or similar items crafted by the vendor.
These guidelines help us keep the market focused, cohesive, and true to its roots while offering visitors a consistent and high‑quality experience.
Vendors whose products fall outside these categories (vendor booth prices will vary from our weekly farmers market) may still be eligible for our block parties or other special events, which allow for a wider variety of offerings.
